Tonight Dan and I made roasted onion, garlic, corn and potatoes with a pasta with ground turkey, turkey bacon and globs of Gouda. It was delicious.
Cook the pasta regular, I prefer slightly aldente. Sautee the ground turkey and turkey bacon with two garlic cloves and a fourth of an onion chopped.
Cut 4 potatoes into small chunks, 3/4 of an onion into large slivers, and mix with a can of corn (drained). Add ginger, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, adobo seasoning, salt and pepper. Add a few whole cloves of garlic if you like. Throw on a baking sheet together and cook on 450 for 20 minutes. Check potatoes for softness then broil on high for 5 -10 minutes to crisp everything.
Toss everything together including some big chunks of Gouda and eat!
